How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver and support the work you ask us to do. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by those services under their own privacy terms. We keep these conversations only as long as needed for your project and our records.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after a reasonable period. Project records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations.
